Those of you who follow Mr. Bowie and his human, Herman, know that Mr. Bowie has also taken up photography. Dylan wanted to try too- using SnapCat- an app for Android phones- he gave it a shot (no pun intended). So far, Mr. Bowie is a better photographer :).

While at Falconer Vineyards, in Redwing, MN, I took this photo of a glass of wine. It was a serendipitous moment- and, with a little Adobe Photoshop contrast help…well…fun!

Gaile and I have known one another for 30 years…through thick and thin. She married the love of her life on July 5th, uniting two families. These are two of her beautiful “new” grandchildren (I tease that she is really too young!)

It is a spectacular June day…not too hot, breezy- perfect for people, kids, dogs…everyone! So we took my partner’s mom our for lunch at Sea Salt (cool! they have a WordPress blog!) near Minnehaha Falls (can you hear Longfellow reciting poetry??!) in Minnehaha Park.
