Blogger, Alles Ist Gut/ Mrs. Spider and I seem to be on the same wave length today. While in the garden last night I met this lovely lady. She is a Black and Yellow Garden spider (Argiope aurantia)- apparently quite common!
The Atlantic was my first; oysters at the same time, somewhere near Wellfleet on Cape Cod. These pictures were taken at the Gulf of Mexico, near Indian Rocks Beach, FL. I am not sure exactly what type of beetle these are, but they appear to be enjoying the morning sun and thistle bloom…
