Please say hello to Groot. He was found on a sidewalk today, with a sibling who did not make it. Groot was rushed to the emergency Vet and is now living next door with awesome foster parents who will nurture him; we are cheering him on and invite all of you to do the same. :).

Ah, yes. Another entry submitted for consideration in the MN State Fair Fine Arts Competition. This year: “Driving Rain” taken during an intense storm in September 2018.
Flood!
There is a lot of water flowing though St. Paul, MN this weekend. The Mississippi River is now expected to crest at about 20 feet today or tomorrow, before it begins receding. We took a hike to see for ourselves. No biking for awhile:
