What a change from the fragile kitten rescued from a sidewalk about 6 weeks ago:
Groot is 3 and a half weeks old and weighs a pound. Yay Groot!
Groot the kitten is growing! Thanks to the loving attention of my neighbors, he has doubled his weight 😻.

Please say hello to Groot. He was found on a sidewalk today, with a sibling who did not make it. Groot was rushed to the emergency Vet and is now living next door with awesome foster parents who will nurture him; we are cheering him on and invite all of you to do the same. :).
Three of the foster kittens next door remain…ready to be adopted!
All the youngsters are excited about the weekend 🙂
