Today was an EXCELLENT day! In a random moment, I found myself hanging out with some electrical workers heading beneath West 7th Street in St. Paul, MN. They are doing their part for the conversion of the old Schmidt brewery. It is being transformed into artist lofts, studios for yoga, dance, pottery, performance and other artistic disciplines. The brewery’s vacant bottle house and brew house is being rehabbed to provide 247 new units of affordable housing targeted to artists. Thank you Steve and Brad!
