There is a lot of water flowing though St. Paul, MN this weekend. The Mississippi River is now expected to crest at about 20 feet today or tomorrow, before it begins receding. We took a hike to see for ourselves. No biking for awhile:

The old garage/ shed will soon be gone- after 20 years of meditating on its fate. I thought it would be nice to create a tribute to the structure that was used as a backdrop for ‘rustic’ senior photos- and other photography; and as a repository for a multitude of things- but never a car.

On Thursday we celebrated my partner’s mom’s 90th birthday. Happy birthday Margie!
